Todd C. Higgins, 64, of Monaca passed away on Thursday, February 6th, 2024 at the UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Todd was born on November 11th, 1960 in Ellwood City to James N. and Donna (Grady) Higgins Sr.. He graduated from Riverside High School with the class of 1978. Todd worked at the Ellwood City Forge, Herr Voss, and most recently, as a car salesman for various dealerships in the area. He enjoyed golfing, and fishing with his brother and friends at his two favorite spots, Moraine and Port Clinton. Todd was also an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.
He is survived by his mother, Donna of Fombell, sister, Joy (Bill) Hart of Fombell, brother, James “Jim” N. Higgins Jr. of Fombell, daughter Shannon Brown, son, Christopher (Trista) Higgins of Appleton, WI, three grandchildren, and many loyal, loving, friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, James, and one grandson.
As per Todd’s wishes, there will be no public service. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc..
