Richard Lee Ammon, 66

Richard Lee Ammon, 66, of Ellwood City, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at UPMC Presbyterian.

Richard was born on December 13, 1958 in Industry, PA to the late Charles and Goldie Leport Ammon.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman in his early days.  Richard worked at Hall China in East Liverpool and later at ALSY in Ellwood City.

Richard is survived by two brothers, Joe and Kenny Ammon, a sister, Eva Frazinni, numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, his furever friend, Tiddy Tat and his companion, Helen Mihalko with whom he resided for many years.

In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his three brothers, Charles, Ed and Jim Ammon and sister, Alice Starkey.

Per Richard’s request, there were no services.  Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport.
