Mayor Anthony J. Court recently presented a proclamation to Ellwood City Boy’s Golf Team on their outstanding and heroic 2024 season.
The mayor proclaimed Monday, December 16, 2024 as the ‘Ellwood City Boy’s Golf Team Day’ in the Borough.
The team was undefeated Section Champions, earning its first undefeated season since 1975. The team captured their 20th Section Title in the Lincoln High School Golf Program history. The Ellwood City Golf Team also advanced to the WPIAL semifinals for the first time since 2020 and placed 4th out of the 10-team semifinals field,
