The Ellwood City Area Public Library offers a variety of weekly activities. Information is available by calling the library at 724-758-6458.

The Library has partnered with Seneca Library District, Oil Creek Library District, Erie County Public Library and Crawford County Federated Library System for e-books. You can now use the Overdrive or Libby App. to borrow books from the above Libraries. Please call the library with any questions.
HOURS
Hours are Monday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Please remember no one is available to take your calls unless it is in the hours listed above.
Activities taking place this week include.
MONDAY, OCTOBER 21
- 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
- 1:00 p.m. – “Afternoon Adult Book Group,” will be discussing the book “The River We Remember” by William Kent Krueger.
- 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. – “Tween and Teen After School Club,” a program with crafts, games and snacks!
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22
- 10:30 a.m. – “Baby Laptime,” interactive songs and storytime.
- 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 23
- 1:00 p.m. -3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 24
- 10:30 – 12:30 p.m. – “Adult Card Club,” bring your own games or playing cards and come to socialize with your friends. Beverages made available.
- 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25
- 10:30-11:30 a.m. – “Adult Coloring,” we have the supplies or bring your own.
- 12:30-2:30 p.m. – “Adult Knitting Group,” work on individual projects.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 26
- 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. – “Art Exhibit,” We are displaying the works of M.C. Esher, Marc Chagall and Takashi Murakami. Tickets are $25. $10 with a valid student ID. Light refreshments are served.
