Mrs. Louise Tanner, 63, of Ellport passed away on Wednesday, July 17th, 2024 at the AHN Wexford Hospital following a brief illness.
Louise was born in Ellwood City on December 16th, 1960 the daughter of the late Charles F. and Rose Marie (Lukavics) Wolfe, Sr.. She is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1978 and graduated from Indiana University in 1982 with a degree in Business Administration. Over the years she had worked as an account executive in the advertising field, recently retiring from Gannett Newspaper. She enjoyed doing needle point and most of all spending time with her family.
Louise is survived by her husband James Tanner whom she married on November 24th,1990, sons Anthony and his wife Lindsay Tanner of Shenango Twp. and Nick Tanner of Ellport, granddaughter Ryleigh Jo Tanner, sisters Nancy (Michael) Cremeans of Plum Boro, Ellen (Rudy) Minello of Chippewa, and Rosemary (Mike) Cabaday of Lunas, New Mexico, and her brother Charles F. Wolfe, Jr. of Mansfield, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Patrice M. Mohr.
A private service for Louise will be held at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc..
