Lynn Marie Johnson-Carothers, 57, of Ellwood City, passed away on June 8th 2024 at her residence.
Lynn was born on April 6th, 1967 in Brockton, Massachusetts to the late Carl O. “Mo” and Margaret E. “Peg” (Dearth) Johnson. She graduated from Brockton Highschool and later relocated to Ellwood City, PA. Lynn loved spending time with her family, especially when it came to taking them on their annual beach trip to various beaches. She was a proud grandma to her only grandchild Matthew Carothers. She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Evonich, daughter, Megan Carothers-Maymi, son in-law Thomas Maymi, sons, Daniel and Matthew Carothers, daughter in-law Kristin Carothers.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
As per Lynn’s wishes there will be no public service. Final arrangements have been entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc.
Memorial donations in Lynn’s name may be made out to the Club Hope Foundation at 113 Collins Road., Ellwood City, Pa 16117.
