Frances (Dombeck) Falcsik, 81

Mrs. Frances (Dombeck) Falcsik, 81, of Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024, at UPMC -Jameson Hospital.

Frances was born on August 19th,1942, in Ellwood City to the late Frank S. and Mafalda R. (Ricci) Dombeck. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1960. She is a member of the Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church.

On December 26th, 196l, she married the love of her life, Anthony A. “Tony” Falcsik who preceded her in death on September 18th, 2011.

Frances was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, and a friend to all. She worked as a seasonal tax preparer for over 35 years until retiring in 2022.

She is survived by her daughter Deanna and son-in-law Timothy Massung of Harmony, PA, sister Grace Geniviva of Ellwood City, PA, sister-in law Virginia Dombeck of Wooster, Ohio, a number of nieces and nephews, many close friends, especially her Lincoln High School classmates who held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; brother John, in-laws Anthony F. & Elizabeth (Toth) Falcsik, and brother-in-law Cosmo Geniviva.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-7 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of the Blessing Service at 11:00 am at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 309 Spring Ave., Ellwood City, with Deacon Jeffrey Ludwikowski officiating. Interment will follow at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
