Paula Ann Tinney, 57

Paula Ann Rambo Burnette Tinney, 57, Darlington passed away Monday, March 4, 2024 at her sister’s residence in Wampum.

Born December 19, 1966 in New Brighton, she was the daughter of David Paul Sr. and Jeraldyne Ann “Jerry” Haswell Rambo.

Paula had worked in the dietary department of the Providence Care Center as a cook. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards, puzzles, and bonfires.

Survivors include her husband Randy Tinney of Darlington; father, David of Tionesta; two daughters, Melinda Lambert of Durham, NC and Nicole Delaney of Beaver Falls; son, James Burnette of Beaver Falls; two sisters, Jackie (Joe Butera) Rambo of Wampum and Heather (Kevin Hall) Rambo of Tionesta; seven grandchildren; her best friends Kathy Thumm and Marion Wallace of Beaver Falls, and her former husband Jay Burnette of Homewood.

She was preceded in death by her mother Jerry and brother David Rambo Jr.

A Celebration of Paula’s life will be held on Tuesday March 12, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm with a Memorial Service at 2:00 pm at the New Galilee Community Building.

    I met Paula several years ago at spotlight 88 flea market. She ran the food court. She had a following including me. Her grand slam breakfast was the best. She always filled your coffee cup and it was never empty. She was always so niece to everyone. I will always remember and never forget Paula.
