Borough of Ellwood City Online Bill Pay Has Relaunched & Now Available

According to information posted on the borough website, the Borough of Ellwood City online bill payment system is back up and available after a lapse in serve and availability.

The borough appreciates the patience as they have navigated through a relaunch process with online payment provider, PayDici.

The following is a brief tutorial on how to utilize the new payment site.

• Visit www.ellwoodcityborough.com
• At the top of the page click “Bill Pay with Login”
• When the page redirects, enter your email address and password (it will be the same Email and password that you used on the previous site)
• When the billing page opens, it is very important that you check to make sure the Borough Seal is in the top left hand corner of the page.  If you do not see the Borough seal, but see the PayDici logo instead, you will need to switch pages.  You can do so by clicking on “switch accounts” which can be located on the right side at the top of the page beside the words “Borough of Ellwood City” next to your name. A drop down menu will appear and you need to click on the dropdown. This will take you to the new billing page. You should see the Borough Seal in the top left hand corner of the page.
• Please check the Due date and make sure it is the current due date.
• If you want to download the PDF of your current bill, simply click the drop down arrow beside the words “Utility Bill” in the center of the screen
• Click on “View Payment Options”
• Click “add to cart”
• Click “Check Out” on the top right hand side of the screen.
• Follow through the checkout process.

The borough states they would prefer customers to pay their bills online in lieu of calling to pay by phone if you are able.
