Real Estate Transfers For July 2023

The sunshine of summer has area residents on the move! The summer season offers great weather for the big move and to get settled into your new estate.

According to RocketHomes.com, homes in Lawrence County sold in July 2023 at an median price of $149,982, 9.4% more than they did a year ago. More specifically, homes in Ellwood City have sold for a whopping 16.7% more than they did last July.

Of note, three properties on Ellwood Road in Shenango Township combined to sell for $2.06 million dollars in July as part of a real estate investment plan to subdivide, refurbish, and revive the Lawrence Village Plaza.
