On Saturday, April 29th, athletes from the Riverside and Ellwood City boys and girls track and field teams competed in the 2023 Tri-County Track and Field Championships held at Shenango High School.
The Ellwood City boys team placed second and the Riverside girls team placed fourth in their respective team standings. The Riverside boys placed fifth while the Ellwood City girls placed sixth. Shenango High School teams swept both boys and girls, finishing first in each. A total of seven local schools competed.
