According to TheKnot.com, a digital wedding planning authority, wedding volume in 2023 is anticipated to return to 2019 (pre-COVID) levels with approximately 2.1 million wedding receptions.
TheKnot.com also predicts weddings in 2023 will have an average wedding attendance of 115 loved ones – a number is similar to 2022 levels which shows that couples will continue to enjoy large weddings with a solid grouping of friends and family.
While More than 65% of couples will wed in the summer and fall of 2023, there were plenty that got a head start on their nuptials in the new calendar year.
