The Ellwood City Lions Club is having a Night At The Races to raise funds for its 2023 campaign.
The campaign provides donations and community services throughout the Ellwood City area.
The Night At The Races fundraiser will be at the Wayne Township Fire Hall on Saturday, March 25, 2023. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and races will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The club is seeking help from the community to help raise funds for the benefit. The club is selling tickets to the event, asking for Race Sponsors and basket donations for the Chinese Auction.
Event tickets are $25.00/person in advance, $30.00/person at door (Must be 21 to enter) and include a horse, food and refreshments. Bring your friends, bring your neighbors, and BYOB. You can pre-purchase the tickets from any of the club members or message through its Facebook Message board.
Race sponsors will be listed in the Race Program and announced during the evening for a $50.00 donation. Raffle basket donations will be drawn during the evening. All donations are tax deductible.
