Robin Barkley Hickman, 61, of Harmony, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at UPMC McCandless surrounded by her loving husband and daughter.Born in
Butler on April 28, 1961, Robin was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Sylvia Hartle McCune. Growing up, Robin spent most of her time with the late Harry “Duck” and Emma Hartle, who treated Robin as their own. She married Robert Hickman on May 15, 2008. Robin worked at the former ALSY Lighting in Ellwood City where she was a shipping clerk. Everyone who came into Robin’s life was loved fiercely, most especially her granddaughter, Riley.
Robin is survived by her husband, Robert, her daughter and son-in-law, Echo and William Bubb IV, of Harmony, a step-son, Brandon Hickman of Florida, her granddaughter, Riley Festog, three sisters and four brothers, all of Butler; Cathy (Bruce) Clark, Elizabeth Phipps, Virginia (Joe) Laidlaw, William Hartle, Jack Hartle, Dave (Sheila) Hartle and Lawrence “Pickle” McCune, her first husband, Chris Barkley of Harmony and many nieces and nephews who she loved and spoke of often.
Friends will be received on Sunday, August 7th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport. A funeral service will take place at 8:00 PM following the visitation.
Good bye my friend. You will always be in my heart. Gonna miss you so, so much. Til we meet again. Rest in peace. Can’t stop crying.
