Come out and meet the cast and crew of the sequel at The Strand Theater this weekend.
The screening will take place Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. General admission is $5.00 and $4.00 for seniors. Box office opens one hour before showtime. house opens 30 minutes before showtime.
Select cast & crew members will be on hand for each screening to shake hands, answer questions and sell copies of their new movie!
In 2015 the hilarious horror-comedy/yinzer/redneck film ‘Big Foot The Movie’ was released. The local film was such a great success, propped by local staging, talent and filming, that the demand for a second movie was put into action.
It had a cast of locally known actors such as ‘Pittsburgh Dad’ Curt Wootton and Joanie Dodds, while it was filmed by Riverside graduate Jared Show. Fellow Riverside graduate Nathan McGill also stars in the film.
The second movie began filming in 2019 with the same cast of characters after Show was quick to jump onto the demand for a sequel by creating an IndieGoGo page for the movie to receive donations towards the creation of the new suit needed along with other props and necessities involved in the creation of the second movie.
