Borough Code Enforcement Office Reminds Residents Of Property Maintenance

The Code Enforcement Office of the Borough of Ellwood City is reminding residents to maintain their properties this summer.

Per the release and per Borough Ordinance, it is the property owner’s responsibility to maintain all properties within the Borough of Ellwood City from the curb inward.

It has been brought to the office’s attention that properties within the Business District of Ellwood City have not been maintaining weeds and growth from the curb to their business.

In an effort to make all businesses aware of the issue, the Code Enforcement Office would like to ask all businesses and residents within the Borough to be certain weeds and growth are handled from the curb in at each location.

If you have any questions, please contact the Code Office at 724-824-7636.
