The Borough of Ellwood City is now taking registration forms for its Summer Playground Program for residents of Ellwood City.
The program will begin on Wednesday, June 15th and it will run Monday through Friday (weather permitting and excluding holiday breaks), from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
The program is for children 5-12 years of age. Lunch will be provided. Transportation is also available via bus.
The registration form, as well as the bus schedule, is available for download on the borough website at www.ellwoodcityborough.com or at our Utility Billing Office in the Municipal Building.
Forms will also be available on Monday, June 13th and Tuesday, June 14th at Ewing Park at Shelter #5 behind Kids Created Kingdom from 10:00 a.m until 2:00 p.m.
Forms can be turned in to the Utility Billing Office at the Municipal Building or at Ewing Park Shelter #5 on the 13th and 14th.
