Ross S. Paswell, 30, of Ellwood City, passed away unexpectedly on April 9th, 2022 at his residence.
Ross was born on February 24th, 1992 in Ellwood City to Frank R. “Lucky” and Janine (Farkas) Paswell. Ross graduated from the Lincoln High School with the class of 2010. While still in school, Ross was the lead anchor for the ECTV telecast which broadcasted to the class rooms at the beginning of each school day. He was currently working at the Second Ward Sanctuary as a cook and enjoyed spending time at the Stiefel Park Hockey Rink. Ross will be remembered as a sweet and caring son, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his mother, Janine Paswell, sister, Lauren Paswell and her fiance, Dylan Nulph, niece, Frankie Nulph, all of Ellwood City, aunts and uncles, Kathy Dudas, Donald (Kim) Farkas, David (Maria) Farkas, Jeffrey (Karen) Farkas, and Kathy Neal, cousins, Katie Dudas, Patrick (Danny) Dudas, Melissa Farkas, Justin (Misty) Austin, Shaun Farkas, Brandon Farkas, Caitlin (Colton) Gardener, Madeline, Parker, and Nova Gardener.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank R. “Lucky” Paswell in 2016, his grandparents, Donald and Joanne Farkas, and Frank and Kay Pawell, and his uncle, George Dudas.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 13th, 2022 from 5-8 pm and on Thursday, April 14th from 10:00 am until the time of blessing service at 11:00 am with Father Mark Thomas officiating at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc.. Inurnment will be at Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
