Mrs. Patricia “Patty” E. Woloszyn, 76, of Wampum passed away on March 18th, 2022 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital.
Patty was born on September 23rd, 1945 in New Brighton to the late Theodore and Dorothy (Thompson) Teets. Patty graduated from Riverside Highschool with the class of 1963. She worked at Leeds and Northrup and then later at Penn Power as a secretary. She was a member of Chewton Christian Church. Patty grew up on a dairy farm that was run by her father, which lead to her love for animals and being outdoors. She enjoyed every aspect of country living, especially taking hunting trips to her camp in Elk County with her husband, Joe.
She is survived by her husband., Joseph Woloszyn, sons, David (Tracie) Brown of Fredericksburg, VA, and John (Marlyn) Brown of New Castle, brother, Dennis Teets of New Castle, sister Cecilia (James) Oliver of North Sewickley Township, grandchildren, Kasee, Chrristopher, Alaynna, and Jarrett, step-grandchildren, Sandra Lynn and Tammi Lynn, and three great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and sister Myrna Howman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 23rd, from 2-4, and 6-8 pm at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., and on Thursday, March 24th from 10:00 am until the time of funeral service at 11:00 am at the Chewton Christian Church with Cody Simmons officiating. Interment will follow at the Harmony Baptist Cemetery.
