Mrs. Judith A. Scialdone, 81, of Ellwood City passed away on Saturday, March 19th, 2022 at the Edison Manor in New Castle.
Mrs. Scialdone was born on July 15th, 1940 in Beaver Falls to the Late John Costill and Ruth (Newell-Costill) Jury. She graduated from Beaver Falls High School with the class of 1959, and later from Airline School in Kansas City, MO.
Judy had worked for Armstrong Cork in Beaver Falls for two years, and then Hydril Company in Rochester, Pa for thirteen years in the payroll department. She is a member of the Holy Redeemer Parish, and enjoyed auto racing and building puzzles.
She is survived by her loving husband, Samuel V. “Chucko” Scialdone, daughter, Tia Renee (Willis) Tanner of Louisiana, son, Sean (Lori) Schwartz of East Palestine, OH, grandchildren, Miranda Downey, Willy Downey, Marshall Schwartz, and J.P. Schwartz, and several step-children, step-grandchildren, and step-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father Frank Jury, and sisters, Bonnie Lee Costill and Dona Kulesza.
As per Judy’s wishes their will not be a public service. Inurnment will be at the Locust Grove Cemetery. The final arrangements are entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc..
