Mrs. Loretta G. Paganie, 102, of Ellwood City passed away on Tuesday, March 8th, 2022 at the North Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Paganie was born in Ellwood City on April 19th, 1919 to the late Pascal and Mary (Vitrale) Pastin. She had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1937. Loretta was a wonderful homemaker, and is a member of the Holy Redeemer Parish. She enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, and baking.
She is survived by her sons, William (Susan) Paganie of Cranberry Twp. and John (Donna) Paganie of Bonita Springs, Florida, eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by her sister, Barbara (Chuck) Schweinsburg of Ellwood City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William S. Paganie whom she married on August 8th, 1942 and passed away on August 15th, 2005, sisters, Mildred Maneri, Marie Paganie and Betty Wilco, and brothers, John, Joseph, and Arthur Pastin.
A private visitation and Blessing Service will be held for the family on Friday at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. with Father Mark Thomas officiating. Interment will be at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
