Jeffrey Joseph Krupa, 60, of Koppel passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
Born March 30, 1961 in Rochester, he was the son of the late Edward D. and Katherine “Kay” Hazen Krupa. He was married to Karen Cearfoss Krupa.
Jeff has been employed at Inmetco in Ellwood City for 25 years as a heavy equipment operator. He will always be known as an extremely hard worker. Jeff loved his family, his friends, and especially his granddog Nathan. He loved all sports but none more than golf. He was a member of the McDowell’s Inn Koppel Golf League, which he thoroughly enjoyed playing in. He will always be remembered by his infectious laugh and smile, his generosity, and ability to light up a room. Jeff was a friend to everyone. He will be missed deeply by his family and all who knew him.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife and life partner of 42 years Karen; son, Sean (Leann) Krupa of Glenshaw; daughter, Katie Krupa of Monaca; two brothers, Edward D. Krupa, Jr. and Christopher Krupa; nephew, Vincent Krupa all of Koppel; two sisters in law, Kristine Thellman-Pasquale of Koppel and Kim (Dave) Spangler of Chippewa; two brothers in law, Gary and Joe (Angela) Cearfoss both of Ellwood City and several nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother in law Kathryn Cearfoss, father in law, Raymond Cearfoss, as well as a sister in law Kathy A. Howarth.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday February 11, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 341 Main Street Wampum.
A blessing service will be held on Saturday February 12, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Funeral Home.
