The Ed Driscoll MAC Wrestling Tournament is one of the biggest wrestling tournaments that features some of the best talent from all around the country.
The 24 team tournament saw Quaker Valley crowned as top overall team win with 223 points, beating out other powerhouse teams such as West Allegheny, Laurel, Montour, and Central Valley. Ellwood City finished 11th overall with 39.0 points.

While the Wolverines were not in the top five, Derek Allen placed 3rd outside of the championship matches at 106 pounds after pinning James Couch of Freedom in 1:38 in the championship quarterfinals. Allen was pinned by Quaker Valley’s Isaac Maccaglia in the semifinals.
Ben Gallenz pinned Kameron Lidengood from Hopewell in the first championship round in 1:37.
In the first consolation round, Jaden Stull pinned Nicholas Veneris from Mars in 2:06. Logan Shriver pinned Skylar Wisdom from Hopewell in 4:24 to place 5th as well as Donovan Stiffler defeating Alex Dusch from Montour get 5th place.
