Season Tickets On Sale For Ellwood City Winter Sports

Winter sports are taking shape and regular seasons are underway. Get into the action with season tickets now available at Lincoln High School.

Adult Season tickets for Ellwood City Varsity Winter Sports will be on sell at the door at all home events.

Cost of the season ticket is $20.00 and is good for all home varsity events.

The Wolverines Varsity Boys basketball team hosts Sharpsville tonight at 7:30 p.m., Blackhawk on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. and Union Area on Monday night at 7:30 p.m.

The Ellwood City Lady Wolverines knocked off the visiting Mohawk Warriors 52-50 in overtime on Thursday evening.  The Wolverines trailed 25-10 at halftime but recovered with a second half rally to force overtime.  Claire Noble led the offensive charge with 15 points for Ellwood City (1-3 overall) who picked up their first victory of the season. Saige Chambers (11 points) and Kyla Servick (10 points) joined Noble in double figures for the victors.  The Lady Wolverines will host their next home game on January 6th versus Beaver Falls.
