Lincoln High School Class of 1951 Holds 70th Reunion

On May 20th, the 70th Reunion of the Class of 1951 had their Luncheon. There were 256 in the graduating class. There are 80 former students still with us today and they will be turning 88 this year.

There were 15 people in attendance. Eleanor Chima Irwin came from Pittsburgh, Bob Evans came from Greensburg, and Dr. Ray Colavincenzo came from Pittsburgh. The other 12 attendees are from the Ellwood area and they meet usually once a month.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the group has not been able to meet for over a year now, they now have decided to start meeting again and will begin to meet again monthly on the third Thursday at Noon beginning on June 17th.

Eileen Reinheimer Kirkham, Ida Workley Joseph, Dolores Konyack Pack, Ruth Miller, and Dom Viccari had all planned on making an appearance but sadly could not make the event due to health issues.

Helen Gobrich, Eleanor Chima Irwin, Connie Porter Patterson, Matilda Pistacchio Santo, Patty Thompson Hinkle, Edna Sullivan Funari, Vicky Curry White, Betty Clyde, Tom Clyde, Ray Colavincenzo, Al Jerome, Don Hairhoger, George Gobrich, Bob Evans and Jim Hinkle, are the former students who were able to make the event and are photographed here.
