UPMC Jameson is holding a special vaccination event for the Ellwood City community on Saturday, May 15, at Lincoln High School.
The Lincoln High School clinic for Ellwood City and surrounding area community members, operated by UPMC Jameson, is scheduled to take place from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 15.
Registrations requested at Vaccine.UPMC.com, but walk-ins are welcome. When choosing the location on Vaccine.UPMC.com select “Ellwood City Com Project.”
In addition to the Lincoln High School vaccine clinic location, there are several other scheduled clinics for the Butler-Beaver-Lawrence-Mercer region.

8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursdays moving forward

“We are also in discussion with other community organizations to host additional special vaccination events,” said Public Relations Manager, Karen Beardsley, MA, in a statement.
According to Beardsley, and as of right now, the above clinics are all two-dose Pfizer clinics.

Community members can directly self-schedule their first dose vaccine appointment at Vaccine.UPMC.com. When you click to “Schedule My Vaccine,” you can view all the UPMC vaccination locations and their open appointment dates and times. You can instantly claim a spot to schedule your first-dose vaccine appointment.
For those who need assistance by phone, you can call 844-UPMCVAC (844-876-2822) from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., seven days a week. All Pennsylvanians 16 years of age and older are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Those aged 16 and 17 are authorized to receive the Pfizer vaccine.
“We expect Pfizer vaccine authorization for people 12 to 15 years of age in the near future,” added Beardsley.
