Mrs. Virginia B. Butchelli, 58, of Shenango Township, passed away on November 13, 2020 at her residence.
Virginia was born on June 13, 1962 in Ellwood City to James and Karen (Prestopine) Hill, of Fombell. She graduated with the Riverside High School class of 1981. Virginia is a member of the First Church Of God on Euclid Avenue in New Castle, where she also taught Sunday school. She enjoyed sewing and will be remembered for her volunteer seamstress work at the Lincoln High School musicals and Blue Band Boosters.
She is survived by her parents, her husband, David Butchelli, whom she married on December 5, 1992, her daughter, Courtney Butchelli of Shenango Twp., her sons, Patsy and Michael Butchelli of Shenango Twp., her brother, Joe (Noreen) Hill of Franklin Twp., and her sister, Chris Hill of Fombell.
Family and friends will be received on Friday at the First Church of God, located at 12 W. Euclid Avenue, New Castle PA 16101, from 10:00 until 11:00 am, at which time a memorial service will take place with Pastor William Hunley officiating. Inurnment will be at the Lillyville Church of God Cemetery. Funeral Arrangements are entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc..
Everyone is encouraged to wear a mask and practice social distancing while in attendance.
