Fryer Excavating Expanding Their Services

Fryer Excavating has been a family owned, locally run business for 15 years and is expanding their services.

The business is owned and ran by Kurt and Jaime Fryer. Serving the Beaver, Lawrence, Butler, Mercer, and Allegheny County areas for both commercial and residential needs, the company offers excavation, demolition, and hauling services and now with this additional location, they will be able to offer a range of landscaping/outdoor project supplies.

The recent months have allowed Fryer Excavating time to evaluate their process and become more efficient with rolling out the supply yard for their own crews and the public.

The excavating portion of the business offers services including foundations, land clearing, demolition, utility lines, septic systems, sand mounds, sewer lines, driveways, swales, French drains and hauling of materials. They now offer local delivery anywhere from 1 ton to 23 tons per load or local pickup of any quantity.

“We look forward to this new addition to our business and our continued involvement in the community,” said owner Jaime Fryer.

The yard is open to the public as well as to other contractors. The location houses items like mulch, various gravels, top soil, fill dirt, sand, firewood, barn stones, pipe, grass seed and other outdoor needs. The supply yard is located on Mercer Road across from Spotlight 88 and next to the new Katie’s Ice Cream shop.

“We plan on holding a grand opening of the shipping yard in the spring of 2021,” said Fryer.

The yard is open to the public Mondays to Fridays from 7 AM to 4 PM and on Saturdays from 7 AM to 12 PM. For more information on what all Fryer Excavating can do, visit their website here, check out their Facebook Page, or call (724) 630-5283.
