7th Annual Pine Valley Ride for Hope Scheduled In September

Pine Valley’s annual motorcycle Ride for Hope on September 12th is just 5 weeks away.

This year, a meal will be served and will be accompanied by musical entertainment provided by the classic rock band Street Level. All proceeds benefit Pine Valley Camp, now in it’s 25th year of serving at-risk youth.

The event will go on rain or shine, and in case of rain a shorter bike route will be taken. The cost is $30 for drivers, $15 for passengers, and $15 for walk-in diners. Drivers get a shirt and both passengers and drivers get a meal as well. There will be a Chinese auction and raffle, winners will be announced after everyone eats.

Registration will be from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM with the ride beginning at 11 AM. Pastries, coffee, and water will also be provided. The big meal will be served at 2:30 PM when the Street Level Band will begin playing. Online registration is also available on the Pine Valley website.

Even if you don’t own a motorcycle, everyone is invited to come out for the event. Individual items and baskets are needed for the auctions, as well as individual or company sponsorships. Basket values should begin at $100 and company sponsorships begin at $100 with the company name printed on the ride T-shirt. The deadline to submit sponsor names for inclusion on T-shirts is Monday, August 17.
