Borough of Ellwood City Response to the Coronavirus

In an abundance of caution, the Borough of Ellwood City has decided to limit the access of all non-essential employees and visitors to all Borough-owned buildings.

According to a release made available by the borough, this will take effect today, Thursday, March 12, 2020, through April 1, 2020, at which time the borough will reevaluate the situation in regards to the Coronavirus.

The borough’s highest priority is keeping its workers and the general public safe. At this time no one has shown any signs or symptoms of the virus, but the borough is doing everything it can to limit the contact/spread of the virus from outside sources.

Residents must utilize the dropbox for utility payments, taxes, permits, etc.

Any other questions/concerns, you may call 724-758-7777 and follow the prompts to the specific departments.

For tax-related issues, please call 724-758-9673.
