Ellwood Area Egg Hunt Committee will be holding its 25th community Easter Egghunt for all area children ages 10 and under. This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, April 4th, starting at 11:00 a.m. in Ewing Park.
Every year hundreds of children swarm the park grounds to enjoy a spring day with lots of eggs, candy, and prizes for all participants.
This year will be no different as 10,000 Easter Eggs will be handed out this year along with special events and special prizes to honor the 25th year anniversary.
Members that have been on the committee for 25 years include Bill Betz, Kathy Brenner, Chris Hardie, and Mary Post. Other members of the committee are: Kelsey Fox, Rob Magnifico, Kim Magnifico, Michaela Magnifico, Jeff Magnifico, Cindy Magnifico, Shannon McClymonds, Justin Neupaur, and Daniella Woodhead.
