The Wolverines were wiped out 19-0 by visiting Western Beaver on Friday night as part of the Ellwood City homecoming festivities.

Thaddeus Gray ran for 155 yards and two touchdowns for Western Beaver, who rushed for over 250 yards as a team on the ground in victory.
For Ellwood City, in a third consecutive shut out, the offense did not yield much spark as it was held to 65 yards of total offense and five first downs in the contest. Tyler Powell finished with 45 yards rushing while Ashton Wilson hauled in six passes for 34 yards in defeat.
Ellwood City (0-6, 0-4) next hosts Shenango (4-2 overall) in Midwestern Conference on Friday.
RIVERSIDE RUNS WILD AGAINST CARLYNTON
The Riverside Panthers put up an offensive show on its home field Friday night, amassing 550 yards of total offense in a 57-32 rout of visiting Carlynton in non-conference action.
Panther backer Hunter Nulph ran for touchdowns of 60 and 71 yards and nearly tallied a 300 yard performance on the ground for Riverside. Ben Hughes added two touchdowns via air for Riverside (3-2 overall). Calvin Hughes also hit pay dirt, collecting two rushing touchdowns for the Panthers.
