Mrs. Ann L. Fatter, 98, of Ellwood City, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at the Arbors at St. Barnabas in Valencia.
Mrs. Fatter was born on June 18, 1921, in Gallitzin, Pa to the late Paul and Anna (Harakzen) Lukovics. She had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1939. A homemaker, Ann enjoyed knitting, sewing, and crocheting. She is also a member of the Holy Redeemer Parish and the Holy Redeemer Christian Mothers.
She is survived by her sons, James (Kate) Fatter of Erie, PA, Eric (Sandra) Fatter of Hamilton, OH, Karl (Marie) Fatter of Allison Park, her grandchildren, Lucy (Michael) Schultz, Ann (Sean) Stancliff, John Paul (Julie) Fatter, Liz (Greg) Opp, Julia (John) Sarreal, Michael Fatter, Stephanie Fatter, Rachel Fatter, and Blaise Fatter, her 13 great-grandchildren, and her sister, Margaret Innocent of Zelienople.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Adolph “Ado” Fatter whom she married on August 10, 1940 and passed away on August 25, 1990, her daughter, Leah Rose, her sisters, Rose Wolf, Helen Petro, Elizabeth Pollak, and Mary Martinka, and her brother, Albert Lukavics.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-6 pm at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday at 10:00 am at the Holy Redeemer Church with Father Mark Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
