Mayor Anthony Court announced today, with the beginning of summer upon us, the Ellwood City residents will once again turn their properties into beautiful landscapes, bringing our neighborhoods back to life.
This will be the 9th year that Mayor Court will present “Beautification Awards” and restaurant certificates to six (6) area residents who take pride in their properties, throughout Ellwood City.
All residents are encouraged to participate by beautifying your property or nominating someone you feel does a great job to make their properties stand out in the neighborhood.
Nominations will be accepted by phone, mail, on the Mayor’s Facebook page or in person at his office in the Municipal Building.
Presentations will begin at the end of May and run thru the end of August. As always it is nice to see Ellwood City come to life with beautiful yard displays and an abundance of colorful shrub and flowers.
