    Mom,
I know I wasn’t great expressing how I felt, but I want you to know that you were and still my hero. You preserved through so much when most people would give up. I thank you for everything you did for me. I will love you forever until I see you and Dad again. I know that you are not totally gone. I wish for so much but I am not going to be greedy. If you ever get lonely, stop by for a visit, I will be waiting. I miss you and think of you constantly.

    Love,
    Kevin
