Gloria A. Trivilino, 88 of Ellwood City, passed away at Good Samaritan Hospice on Sunday, April 21, 2019.
Born in New Castle on July 30, 1930, Gloria was the daughter of the late David and Lena Luongo Ioanilli. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Trivilino, Jr. of whom she married on May 22, 1954. Gloria had worked at The Jay Hawk, Joyce’s Café and Kimmel’s Bakery. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Parish and enjoyed volunteering at the church bazaar. She loved to cook Sunday dinner for her family, attending the Ellwood City 4th of July Festival and watching parades. What she cherished most was spending time with her family and attending her grandchildren’s activities.
Gloria is survived by her 3 children, Cindy (Norm) Candelore, of Cannonsburg, Lori (Randy) Pflug, of Ellwood City, and Joseph (Chris) Trivilino, III, of Wampum. Five grandchildren; Marisa and Kayla Pflug, Joe (Melanie) Trivilino, Matt Cosgrove and Nicolas Candelore, a great granddaughter, Adeline Laurel Trivilino and granddog, Penny Candelore. Also surviving is a sister, Teresa Damato and 2 brothers, Eugene (Kathy) Ioanilli and Joseph Ionellie all of Ellwood City.
Besides her parents and husband Gloria was preceded in death a brother, Reynold Ionellie and a sister, Lucille Piccolo.
Friends may call at the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport on Thursday from 3 PM to 7 PM.
A Blessing Service will be offered at the Funeral Home on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 11 AM by Fr. Mark L. Thomas. Interment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery
