Come and enjoy a spring day with lots of eggs, candy, and prizes for all children.
This year will mark the Ellwood Area Egg hunt Committee’s 24th annual Easter Egg Hunt. The hunt will be on Saturday, April 13th with a starting time for all scheduled events at 11:00 a.m.
Any and all children 10 and under can participate in this event and are free. The eggs will be hidden in Ewing Park this year, with a walk through hunt for kid’s 4yrs. & under in the Kid’s Creative Kingdom starting at 11:00 a.m.
All hunts will begin at 12:00 and run consecutively until they are all completed, with treats being handed out after each hunt. The first hunt will be for girls ages 5-7, second for boys in the same age category, the third and fourth hunt will be for girls then boys ages 8-10. The fifth hunt will be for special needs and handicapped children ages 17 and under only. There will be a Petting Zoo, Horse Drawn Wagon Rides, Face Painting, Balloons, Egg Decorating, Bounce House, and Character Appearances. Floppy the Easter Bunny will be on hand to greet the children.
There will also be a Chinese Auction to benefit our 2020 community Easter Egg hunt. Food and Beverages will be available for purchase and Medevac will be on hand.
