Teresa R. Hall, 57, of Perry Twp. passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital.
Teresa was born on August 25, 1961 in Tulsa, OK to the late James and Florence (Jackson) Mize. She was Ordained by the Progressive Universal Life Church. She was a member of Life of Lawrence County, and enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading, and traveling.
She is survived by her companion David Burns, and her son Richard Hall of Tennessee. She is also survived by 3 brothers who live in Oklahoma.
As per Teresa’s wishes there will not be a public visitation or service. The funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services.
