It has been brought to the attention of the Ellwood City Borough Code Office that residents are dumping leaves and other yard waste over the hill onto borough property. This has been reported in the Ewing Park area as well as the Pittsburgh Circle area.
Borough Ordinance 1060.01, section J, strictly prohibits this action.
It is also illegal to put leaves and grass clippings onto the streets as they will clog the sewers.
Violators will be prosecuted.
