Man Found Guilty Of Maliciously Loitering
On Tuesday, November 13 at approximately 4:00am, Pennsylvania State Police were called to Ellwood Road in Wayne Township with complaints of two males fighting in a white vehicle that was parked outside the complaints home. They then informed police that the passenger of the vehicle had fired off two shots into the air from the passenger seat. While police were en route, the male passenger who was later identified as Devin Myers, excited the vehicle and made way to the complaints porch. He then proceeded to bang on the front door, leading the complaint to believe he was trying to break into their home. State Police had requested the local police departments of Ellwood City and Shenango Township to assist.
By the time Ellwood City Police had arrived, the white vehicle was gone and Myers was still on the porch. Police reported that Myers was under the influence of alcohol and or a controlled substance. The complaint said that Myers was a stranger to them and that he had no reason for entering the premises.
Myers will be charged with criminal attempt/trespass, loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.

Officers were told that a women had to leave her children at their home alone to take the male to the hospital. When police arrived to the residence on Wayne Avenue, police found Melissa Stevens, 32.
Stevens stated that she had picked up her boyfriend, Michael Cleckley, from work in Koppel that evening. She continued saying that when they got home, she had gone to take a bath and when she came back downstairs, she found him on their couch stabbed in the back. She claimed she had no idea how it happened, and because of the wound and the blood she had taken him to the hospital.

When police confronted Stevens, she admitted that she had done that, and told police that the knife was hidden in a popcorn box.
Stevens was then taken into police custody and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment.
