The Ellwood City Art Club is offering Saturday art classes lead by art club members. These classes are open to everyone. Classes are held at Ellwood Area Family Center from 10 to 12. Reservations are due 2 weeks prior to class. Information is available by calling the Art Club 724-758-2211.

- 2nd -“Waterfall” 8 x 10 oil painting taught by Lynne Banting- Cost $30 Age 16 years and up
- 9th – drawing- Age 12 and up
- 16th -oil painting-learn to paint different skies-Age 12 and up
- 23rd – Principal of Design- 7 things that is used in every piece of art-Adult class
July
- 7th -acrylic 8 x 8 painting-Age 6 and up- under 10 must be accompanied by an adult
- 14th – oil painting-learn to paint different trees-Age 12 and up
- 28th – children’s drawing class- Under 10 must be accompanied by an adult
August
- 4th – Calligraphy- Teen and up
- 11th – oil painting-learn to paint different water -Age 12 and up
- 18th -Coloring- Learn shading and blending- Ages 10 and up
- 25th -“Chickadee and Cherries”- 5 x 7 oil painting taught by Lynne Banting- Cost $21 Age16 years and up
