Girl Scout Troop 28845 Recognized With Community Badges

On Wednesday, April 4th, Mayor Court had the pleasure to offer words of congratulations and was able to spend the evening with Girl Scout Troop 28845 as they received their Community Badges.

Mayor Court stated that it was a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful and enjoyable group of Girl Scouts and their sponsors.

According to their website, Girl Scouts unleashes the G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader)™ in every girl, preparing her for a lifetime of leadership—from taking a night-time hike under the stars to accepting a mission on the International Space Station; from lobbying the city council with her troop to holding a seat in Congress; from running her own cookie business today to tackling cybersecurity tomorrow.
