Mrs. Amelia “Millie” Stiles, 84 of Ellwood City passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017 in the Northview Estates.
Mrs. Stiles was born on April 12, 1933 in Ellwood City to the late Wade and Della Allam Thomas. She is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1951 and the Holy Redeemer parish. Millie enjoyed cooking, baking, and being with her family.
She is survived by her nieces Patty Suppa of Pittsburgh, Kathy (Jim) Kleine of St. Louis, MO, and Della (Tim) Stabryla of Columbus, OH, and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Andrew Stiles, Jr. whom she married on October 15, 1955 and passed away on January 12, 2017, her sisters Virginia Thomas, JoAnn Thomas, Madeline Suppa, and Mary Ciro, and her brothers Edward, Phillip, Richard, and Joseph Thomas.
Family and friends will be received on Monday from 9:30 am until the time of the mass of Christian burial at 10:30 am in the Holy Redeemer Church with Father Mark Thomas officiating. Interment will be at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery. The Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc. and Cremation Services is entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
Memorial contributions in Millie’s name may be made to the Holy Redeemer Angel Fund or to the Ellwood City Area Public Library.
