Pudue LaCava hosted the Lincoln Class of 1954 “Nite at the Movies” committee at her Mt. Vernon Drive home on Thursday, March 16, at 2p.m. The session began with a pizza luncheon provided by committee members, “Pinky” Maielli, Ilene Gardner, Clemmy Sirimarco and LaCava.
Co-Chairman, James Spielvogel conducted the business session that followed. Sirimarco presented the financial reports. James Gillespie reported on the monthly fund raising. He distributed March tickets and they are available by contacting LaCava, Gardner and committee members. LaCava updated reservations and the very positive responses received from classmates attending and those unable to attend. Maielli reported on the menu and noted some changes in consideration.
Gardner presented correspondences received in response to her monthly birthday card mailings to all classmates. She also provided additional information on her movie theme decor that is being assembled. The meeting adjourned with Spielvogel setting the next meeting for Thursday, April 20 at 2p.m. at the LaCava residence.
