Anthony D. Pertile, 63, of Ellwood City passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at UPMC Passavant Hospital.
Born in Ellwood City on March 31, 1953, Anthony was the son of the late Louis and Frances Tucci Pertile. He was married to the former Nancy DeDominicis of Conway. Anthony had worked for PennDOT for 10 years and later for Main Steel. He was a member of the Ellwood City SOI Lodge. A 1971 graduate of Lincoln High School, Anthony was an avid Pittsburgh Pirate and Pitt Basketball fan.
Besides his wife Nancy, Anthony is survived by three sons, David A. Pertile of Altoona, Matthew L. and Cara Pertile of Ellport and Nicolas J. Pertile and his fiancee, Sierra Boggs of Conway, a grandson, Maximus Pertile and a sister, Cynthia L. Pertile of Ellwood City.
Friends may call at the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport on Monday, June 27, 2016 from 5 to 8 p.m. A Blessing Service will be offered at the Funeral Home at 8 PM on Monday evening. Private interment will be in Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
