Justin R. Lively, 23, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 19, 2016.
Justin was born on Nov. 5, 1992 in Beaver to Rick Lively of Aliquippa and Deborah Berline Lively of Monaca. He had attended the Central Valley High School.
Justin is survived by his parents, his maternal grandmother, Shirley Berline of New Brighton, his sisters, Heather (Brian) Anderson of Rogers, Ohio, Ashley Vankirk of Beaver Falls, and Brittany Lively of Koppel, and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Eleanor and James Lively, and his maternal grandfather, Charles Berline.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. and on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc. and Cremation Services. Services for Justin will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. R. Tod Custer officiating. Interment will follow at the Locust Grove Cemetery.
