Boy Scouts Troop 806 Sharing The Peace Light This Week
The Boy Scouts in Troop 806 will be sharing the Peace Light this week on Monday and Tuesday evening. The Peace Light is a continuously-burning flame originating from lil lamps that have burned over 1,000 years in the Grotto of the Nativity, where Jesus was born. The flame is carried from Bethlehem by an Austrian scout during Advent and is passed from person-to-person by scouting organizations around the world.
