Ellwood City School District will be offering physicals for athletes participating in fall sports on June 8 and 22. Physicals are by appointment wit Dr. Lawrence Rahall in the Lincoln High School health office.
Required forms are at the athletic director’s office or health office. Completed forms and payment of $10 should be brought to the health office before an appointment can be made.
