The Beaver County Conservation District’s Mosquito Vector Disease Program is hosting a one-day tire collection at the district office and environmental center on Saturday, April 15, 2023. The collection is open to Beaver County residents and accepting car and light truck tires up to 20” off rim. This event is funded through the DEP West Nile Program. Tire Collection Day Scheduled For Saturday

Tri-County Cleanways is hosting a Tire Collection Day on Saturday, May 7, 2022. The event is schedule to take place from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Forward Township Municipal Building in Evans City, PA. Cost per tire disposed: $3.00 Passenger Vehicle; $5.00 Light Truck; $10.00 Passenger/Light Truck Tires on Rims; $20.00 Tractor Trailer; $30.00 Tractor Trailer on Rims. Beaver Tales – Beaver County Conservation District Updates

The Beaver County Conservation District held a spring tire collection event on April 1st and April 2nd at the district office. We accepted light truck and car tires up to 20” off rim at a cost of $2.50 per tire. This discounted price was possible through the West Nile Virus Grant for education and habitat reduction. We collected over 1,000 tires during the 2-day event. Like our past tire collections, we used the services of Liberty Tire Recycling.
