The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop D, Butler, are investigating a shooting that occurred at the Clearview Mall, Center Township, Butler County on Wednesday, January 18th, 2022. Over 20-gun shots were fired in the mall parking lot and multiple persons were struck with bullets and taken to a Pittsburgh hospital for their injuries. Animal Cruelty Investigation Case In Lawrence County

According to a Pennsylvania State Police Troop D Press Release, an animal cruelty investigation report was file in Washington Township, Lawrence County last week. According to the report, and on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at approximately 3:30 p.m., PA State Police assisted Lawrence County Humane Officer and responded to 535 Rabbit Haven Lane, just northeast of New Castle, in reference to an Animal cruelty complaint. The residence was reported to be a single wide mobile home sitting on a basement. State Police Releases Non-Life-Sustaining Businesses Enforcement Totals

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania State Police released data on actions taken against non-life-sustaining businesses that failed to comply with Governor Tom Wolf’s order closing their physical locations. Enforcement began on Monday, March 23, 2020. On Thursday, Pennsylvania State Police issued a total of 21 warnings, bringing their week total to 78 warnings.  No citations have been reported. A total of four warnings have been reported in the troop coverage area that includes Ellwood City.  The coverage area consists of Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, and Mercer counties.
